Step 2: Section Your Hair
Pull your hair up or away from the neck to reveal the area where the tape will go.
Step 3: Peel & Stick
Gently peel off the backing and place one end of the tape behind one ear, then pull slightly and secure the other end behind the opposite ear or along the hairline. Adjust the lift to your liking.
